Yes. AMT is a Singapore-based company with our parent company, Advanced MedTech Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.

AMT is located in Singapore with manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, China and Johor, Malaysia.

AMT was incorporated in 1990 and celebrated our 30-year anniversary in 2020.

AMT is a contract manufacturing company, specializing in Metal Injection Molding (MIM), precision machining, 3D metal printing and sub-assembly.

AMT's continuous effort in innovating with new materials and processes has garnered tremendous recognition - 15 inventions and 29 worldwide patents and counting. AMT has also won numerous awards over the years. The detail can be found on our webpage, https://www.amt-mat.com/awards/.

AMT's focus industries are medical, automotive, industrial and electronics.

MIM excels at applications that require shape complexity and superior properties such as high strength, excellent magnetic permeability, good creep resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. AMT's material portfolio includes a wide range of materials such as carbon steels, low alloy steels, stainless steels, low thermal expansion alloys, non-ferrous metals like tungsten and copper, super alloys like inconel, F75, MP35N and Nimonic 90 as well as ceramic materials like alumina, zirconia and zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA).

MIM is a suitable for medium to high volumes production ranging from 10,000 to over 2,000,000 parts annually.

MIM is ideal for parts with complex geometries which requires minimal or no machining, plus achieving overall cost savings. MIM is also able to combine or integrate multiple parts and has minimal or zero material wastage.

MIM is ideal for part weight of 0.1g to 250g.

Yes. AMT is actively involved in the early design stage (ESI) with our customers.

Yes. AMT develops our own proprietary feedstock formulation for various materials and has the capability to process commercial feedstock like those from BASF.

Yes. AMT provides one-stop solutions to our customers by working with our many reliable and trusted vendors. We also have our machining facility in Dongguan, China, to support us.

Yes. The MIM part can achieve mechanical properties closed to the bar stock material.

We can control a general dimensional tolerance of +/-0.3%. Detail tolerance information is stated in our MIM Design Handbook found on our webpage, https://www.amt-mat.com/guides/.

We can achieve a minimum wall thickness of 0.3mm but this vary with part geometry.

AMT Medical produces components for medical devices components and assemblies as well as IV Diagnostic test kits and assembly of medical ventilators and instruments.

Yes. AMT has class 100k and 10k cleanrooms in our facilities in Singapore.

Yes. For all medical applications, AMT will formulate the validation protocol and carry out IQ, OQ and PQ validations for the part.

AMT offers 3D Metal Printing services for a wide range of materials including stainless steel, tool steel, cobalt chrome, titanium, inconel and aluminium.

AMT has a maximum build size of 280 by 280 by 350 mm.
