What Customer needs:

Needed high corrosion resistance stainless steel components with multiple channels that allow and regulate gas flow through the multiple ports. The component needed to have dedicated internal channels to manage gas in and out of the five ports without permitting leakages.

 

AMT Value-add:

AMT MIM technology is the ideal manufacturing process for the mass production of this component. In order to manufacture this highly complex part, AMT uses a hydraulic core-pull slider system to form the multiple through holes as well as the inter-connecting 90° internal channels. AMT is able to help the customer overcome their challenges and mass produce these complex geometry parts efficiently and cost-effectively. This component was awarded the MPIF Grand Prize in 2018.
